CaptureIT produces a real-time fire report, which can be used for a roll call in the event of a fire. Our on-line terminals are constantly communicating with the main CaptureIT database to ensure that the fire list is always fully up-to-date.
The fire report can be set to run automatically by making a connection between a terminal and your fire panel, or manually, by pressing a series of buttons on the terminal itself. Once activated, the fire report can be set to print to any named printers on your premises or even emailed to a mobile device, such as a Smartphone or PDA.
For customers with large or multiple sites, we can customise the fire report so that it is based on criteria such as site, department and even last terminal touched (by an employee), as well as many others.
